Refund Policy

At The Pretty Press Nails, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the hygienic nature of our handcrafted press-on nails, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under normal circumstances. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns

To request a return, please email theprettypressnailsinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Your request must include:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
• An uncut, clear 360° unboxing video starting from the sealed courier package until the complete unpacking of the parcel.

Failure to provide the required evidence within 24 hours may result in rejection of your request.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, email theprettypressnailsinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the product.
• An uncut 360° unboxing video.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. We reserve the right to approve or reject any exchange request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please:

• Check your bank account.
• Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
• If the issue remains unresolved, email us at theprettypressnailsinfo@gmail.com.

Gift Orders

If the returned item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. If the order was not marked as a gift, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Important Note

All return, exchange, and refund requests are reviewed individually. The Pretty Press Nails reserves the right to approve or reject any request if the required conditions are not met or sufficient evidence is not provided.
